New UX/UI with sidebar

We started to push some improvements to make the teams easier to use and the first main change is that now the main navigation is done in a sidebar (instead of the header). This gives you much more space and all your teams and your pages in GitDuck are easily accessed there.

We are working on a lot of new improvements that will be rolled out in the next weeks. Keep tuned!
