Firebase Chat App Updates and Reflections

Due to popular request, I've went ahead and update each lesson for the Firebase Chat Messenger application to now be compatible with Xcode 8.3 using Swift 3.1. This took quite a bit of time to update so I hope you guys get the most out of the source code. Furthermore, I had some time to add in my thoughts about the project and a few things I would do differently if I could reshoot the series. Enjoy.
