A new header menu and settings UX

We have been experimenting with the settings for a while and now we are going to try a new approach.

We are solving the problems:

• It's hard to know that you can scroll
• Logout is hard to find
• When in the watch page, the settings are visually blending with the video as both are dark

We also took the opportunity to change the header options and being more consistent with the mobile version.
