Latest changes

After feedback received from Mikrosom here we made some changes:

• You can now see if a developer is live.
• You can add titles and longer descriptions to the coding sessions using markdown.
• Several small design improvements.
• People can delete their videos.
• Usernames and profile pictures are now shown with the videos.
